iMemorized free App along with the web portal act as an encrypted virtual safety deposit box where a subscriber has access to copies of important documents like passports, drivers licences, credit cards, wills, living wills, usernames, passwords, PINs, account numbers and any other information they require accessible on the fly yet kept very secure. They can be permanently stored and remotely viewed from anywhere using the App.

The Apps daily journal feature provides an easy method to chronologically track your day digitally through text entries, voice memos, scans, photos, etc.
The free mobile App allows the member to create text, photo, video, and audio memory messages and upload them to the web portal. The member is given a choice to keep the filed messages on their device or delete them after upload with the knowledge that the file is secure from prying eyes.

An even more highly secure area of the web portal is protected using two-factor authentication by way of a one-time password. This is a randomly generated password which the Member reads from their mobile App and then enters into the Web portal. Its a special password in that in can only be used once. A new one is created every minute. This technology adds an extra layer of security to help further protect the most sensitive information and memory messages kept inside your virtual safety deposit box.

Users can securely preserve a lasting memory message for loved ones and beneficiaries. With the Apps delayed message feature you can create a delayed message (text, photo, video, or audio) for one or more contacts if you venture into an area you feel may be unsafe, poses some level of personal risk or you have simply changed some travel route. Transmission of the message is delayed by a timer that counts down to zero. You can set the timer to any amount of time youd like that covers your activity(1 hour, 5 minutes, etc.) A copy of the message is immediately sent to the iMemorized secure server and held there to protect you from loss of cell coverage. If you dont cancel the message before the timer is up, the secure server follows your instructions and sends it to the designated contacts to alert them to your circumstances. Maybe you work alone on occasion, or like to jog at night. iMemorizeds delayed messaging service can help provide peace of mind.

If something should happen to me . . . We have all seen the video clips of near-accidents, heard of people texting as aircraft go down and listened to harrowing reports of individuals who do not survive until rescue. Others suffer unexpected medical emergencies resulting in death or severe incapacitation. The sudden complete loss of critical information and guidance adds to the emotional turmoil that a family must endure. iMemorized makes it easier for loved ones by organizing and storing information in advance. Special messages may be left for children, grandchildren, other family members and business partners. More likely, you will want to let your life partner and executor know where the important documents are and some of your thoughts on future directions for your business, your investment portfolio, your legacy or your children’s education and future

The portal system uses highly-secure proprietary servers to encrypt and store sensitive confidential information in segregated locked capsules that are only accessible to the member, their designated participants or their incapacitation contacts. At the occurrence of a pre-selected event (death, incapacitation or a time capsule becoming available) the wheels are set in motion where participants are able to challenge the portal for access or the portal sends out notifications as per a members instructions. The member holds the key to encryption and controls all access, decides which participants are designated, the information they will be able to access and how strong the security needs to be for each participant to view the information
